Westside Regional Park Action Plan to be Discussed at Community Meetings
The Ausherman Family Foundation, in collaboration with The City of Frederick and Sports Facilities Advisory, LLC (SFA), is excited to announce a series of public meetings to gather community input on the Action Plan for the Westside Regional Park in Frederick.
Strategic Planning Meetings:
SFA will hold two community engagement meetings in Frederick on April 2nd and 3rd. These meetings involve community input and serve as the initial step in planning, research, and analysis for the Action Plan for developing the park’s amenities. SFA will facilitate roundtable discussions with community members regarding their vision for the park to gather valuable feedback on desired recreational and wellness offerings.
The public is invited to attend one of two community engagement sessions:
- Tuesday, April 2nd at 5:30 PM
- Wednesday, April 3rd at 12:00 PM
- Location: Hillcrest Commons Community Center, 1150 Orchard Terrace, Frederick
Space is Limited – RSVP Required:
Due to limited capacity, attendees are encouraged to RSVP at https://aushermanfamilyfoundation.regfox.com/community-engagement-discussion-wsrp-action-plan as soon as possible. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
