Help Identify Potential Satellite Office Locations for Heartly House Services
Heartly House is expanding to other locations in Frederick County where residents may have difficulty accessing services due to lack of transportation or other location-based barriers. To help identify potential sites for new office locations, Heartly House has developed a community needs assessment and is collecting responses now.
Survey responses and additional research will help to identify which communities are underserved and would benefit from an expansion of services to their area. This is vital because Heartly House is Frederick County’s only service center for victims and survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and human trafficking. Reaching more communities will allow more individuals to access the care and help that they need.
Residents and public services professionals are invited to take the needs assessment survey before March 31!
Your input is valuable to this endeavor. All responses to the survey will be anonymous, and participants are under no obligation to complete the survey. Anyone in need of support is encouraged to reach out to Heartly House on their 24/7 hotline at 301-662-8800.
Please feel free to share with others. Thank you so much for your participation in this needs assessment.
