Grant Seeker's Resource Center at FCPL

Norton Kiritz's book "Grantsmanship"

At the Frederick County Public Library, there is a section dedicated to grant making resources. If you are a nonprofit organization in need of some books on grant making, onboarding new board members, or advocating for your organization these resources are available at FCPL.

The Ausherman Family Foundation has had the privilege to donate books to the library stacks. The latest addition to the library is a book titled Grantsmanship: Program Planning & Proposal Writing by Norton J. Kiritz. This book seeks to guide grant seekers through various aspects of a grant application and LOI.  Aspects include understanding application guidelines, developing outcomes, communicating program evaluations, creating a budget, and adapting an LOI to different requirements.

FCPL will add this book to its shelves soon, so be on the lookout!
