On May 14, 2018, Ausherman Family Foundation, in partnership with The Community Foundation of Frederick County, The Delaplaine Foundation, Frederick County, and United Way of Frederick County, hosted Frederick’s first GuideStar Nonprofit Profile Training. GuideStar associates walked attendees through every step in updating their organization’s profile to achieve higher Seals of Transparency, which helps nonprofits increase their visibility and credibility. Several organizations increased their levels to Gold and Platinum.
