The Downtown Frederick Partnership was awarded $12,000 for holiday greenery to make Downtown storefronts and restaurants brightly lit and beautifully decorated this season. After such a challenging year for many of our downtown merchants, this support ensures our beautiful downtown continues its reputation of being a festive place for residents and visitors alike to enjoy, tour, shop, and support local businesses and restaurants. Wreaths and garland were distributed to a total of 79 businesses that were fully or partially funded by the grant and free professional installation was provided to 43 businesses.
