Examples of successful projects include things such as improving staff training, supporting outcome assessments, board development, strategic planning and technology upgrades to support operations.

Eligibility for these grants is based on specific criteria, including tax-exempt status under s and providing services within Frederick County, Maryland. Additionally, strong executive leadership, a clearly defined mission, and a commitment of both time and resources to capacity-building efforts are essential prerequisites for consideration. The application process requires grantees to submit three consultant proposals, a project work plan, and a realistic budget supported by documentation.
