On May 9th, Trustees of the Ausherman Family Foundation awarded $760,000 in grants to benefit our community. Grantees included Boys & Girls Club, The Community Foundation, The FCC Foundation, Goodwill, the National Museum of Civil War Medicine, SOS Safe Ride, Student Homelessness Initiative Partnership (SHIP), United Way of Frederick County. Both General Grants and Capacity Grants were awarded.
General Grants are open for application year-round and are awarded to cover program, project, and operating costs. Grants may be awarded with or without a challenge matching funds component. For more information or to apply, click here.
The 2019 Capacity Building Grant Cycle 2 will open June 1, 2019 and support opportunities for nonprofits to build infrastructure and assistance necessary to enhance. For more information, click here.
