The African American Resources Cultural and Heritage Society (AARCH) received a $45,000 Capacity Building Grant to contract a qualified museum professional on a 6-month interim basis to provide strategic planning, review and streamline Society operations, update the draft business plan, and finalize a Position Description and Recruitment Plan for a permanent Executive Director. The African American Heritage Center will be located at 125 E. All Saints. St. in Downtown Frederick.
